＜お客様都合によるキャンセル＞
Cancellations by Customer
- 予約日の24時間前まで:全額返金
- 予約日の24時間以降:料金の100%をキャンセル料として頂戴します
- 当日キャンセルまたは無断キャンセル:返金不可
※返金時の振込手数料はお客様負担となる場合があります
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
*Bank transfer fees for refunds may be borne by the customer.
＜主催者都合によるキャンセル＞
Cancellations by Organizer
- 天候不良、災害、その他やむを得ない事情により催行中止となる場合があります
- その場合は、全額返金いたします
- The service may be canceled due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

- 予約完了後、確認メールをもって契約成立とします
- The service will be provided on the scheduled date and time after the reservation is confirmed.
- The contract is deemed concluded upon sending the confirmation email after booking completion.

- 開始時間に遅れた場合、サービスの一部または全部を受けられない場合があります
